2. Sodium benzenesulfonate is an intermediate for the preparation of chrysanthemum acid by Martel method, and can also be used as a photographic reducing agent.
3. this product is a bright nickel plating primary brightener. It has the effect of significantly reducing the grain size of the nickel-plated layer, making the coating bright and making the coating ductile well. The general dosage is 0.1~0.3g/l.
4. Used as polymerization adhesion enhancer, plasticizer, used for plasticization and modification of polyamide, epoxy resin, phenolic resin
5. this chemical is specially manufactured for photographic, pharmaceutical and electroplating industries.
production method
1. by equimolar benzenesulfonic acid and NaOH (prepared into 40% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution), stirring at 30~40 ℃ for 2 h, concentration, cooling crystallization, filtration, vacuum drying to obtain the finished product.
2. the preparation method is to reduce benzenesulfonyl chloride, sodium metabisulfite, water and sodium hydroxide to sodium benzenesulfonate at pH = 3.5~8.5 and 50 ℃. after decolorization, filtration and cooling to 15 ℃, sodium bisulfate is separated, benzenesulfonic acid is analyzed with 30% hydrochloric acid at 15~20 ℃, washed with water, and then neutralized with alkali to form salt.
